I Workout… | My Workout Routine Right Now

One of the greatest things about living in Fayetteville is the trail that runs from Fayetteville to Bentonville and is great for running, walking or biking. Lately, I have been going on walks for an hour during the day whether on a treadmill (if the weather isn’t nice) or on the trail (if the weather is nice) and doing weights for arms and legs!  One of the greatest benefits of exercising is the way it makes me feel afterward. I normally just feel so accomplished if I have a better pace than the day before, and my mood is significantly better. I even sleep completely through the night which is extremely difficult these days. Normally I wake up around 4:40 AM each morning so sleeping through the night is probably my favorite part of working out.

One of my main goals for this year is to get back to the level of fitness that I was when I was in high school. I have noticed that in the three years since graduating that I have lost a significant amount of muscle mass and easy things like opening heavy doors have become extremely hard. Anyways, wish me luck because I have a long road ahead of me!
